Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs significant improvement in maintenance and clea
connivence, close to everything.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel itself needs better maintenance. The AC was leaking, the water was cut off in the middle of the night, and there was a lizard inside the electric kettle. The bathroom drain was also clogged and drained very slowly. I have no complaints about the staff—they were nice and helpful. My concerns are mainly about the hotel’s maintenance and overall condition.
