Good location but very uncomfortable beds.

    Location was good.

The beds were really uncomfortable. They need new mattresses. I messaged Pierluigi twice asking if he could register my car for a ZTL zone as I had just picked my husband up from hospital and I had to drop our luggage at the accommodation. He did not respond to either of my messages. He could have at least replied saying no he couldn't do it. Very disappointing.
