The apartment is in like new condition, nicely decorated, fully equipped with confortable beds and very clean. The owner is very nice, accommodating and responsive. Great communication. Checking in and out of the place is very smooth.
1. The location is suboptimal. The Zărneşti paper factory is right behind the back yard. Not noisy but the pollution concerns are there. Also, it obstructs the view of the mountains from the balcony. 2. No windows screens, including the bathroom which made it very difficult during the hot summer nights, in a house with no AC and in an area with plenty of mosquitos. 3. The German shepherd of the lady who was living on the ground level barked loudly on 2 consecutive mornings at 6:30 am. The owner addressed the issue as soon as it was reported on the second morning. 4. The traffic noise was noticeable in the bedroom facing the street while the window was open on a hot summer day.
