  Fantastic location with plenty of space!

  Great location with lots of space! Central to so many places in Rome. Could walk from this apartment to most places in Rome. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of great amenities. Check in was super easy and very informative. The dinner recommendations they gave us were also amazing! The AC was pretty good as well. Obviously not many places in Italy will have central ac but they had a very effective window unit in the bedroom, and an effective unit in the kitchen as well as some fans, which worked great especially during near 100 degree Fahrenheit weather. Overall fantastic experience and would 100% recommend

  Occasionally the shower would randomly go cold and really hot. However this only occurred twice and I think was just a random instance and not something that happens regularly.

  La amplitud de los ambientes, detalles y decoración del departamento.

  La refrigeración, me tocaron días de calor y realmente fue sofocante dormir y estar en el departamento.

  Öncelikle konakladığımız en temiz evdi. Ev sahibi Roberto cok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi evdeki tüm detayları düşünmüştü. Evde kağıt havludan ıslak mendillere şemsiyelere kadar her küçük detay vardı. Herşeyi cok temizdi. Biz 5 gece konakladık konumu ispanyol merdivenlere cok yakındı, bu konum trevi çeşmesine de yakın. Biz memnun ayrıldık.

  Tek beğenmediğimiz konu ise asansör olmaması ev 3. Katta cocuklu ailelerin bu detayı göz önüne almasını tavsiye ederiz. Zorlayıcı olabilir.

  Przytulne mieszkanie blisko zabytków

  Rzym oraz pobyt w tym mieszkaniu sprawiły, że mamy miłe wspomnienia z wyjazdu. Na plus: - Pomimo, że dotarliśmy bardzo późno to czekała na nas osoba, która od razu wypuściła nas do mieszkania. Doceniamy, że po długiej podróży nie musieliśmy czekać na zewnątrz. - Kontakt z Właścicielem mieszkania był świetny. Zgodził się na drobne ustępstwa dzięki czemu m.in. mogliśmy w ostatnim dniu pobytu jeszcze coś zwiedzić i mieć czas na szybki prysznic przed wylotem. - Dogodna lokalizacja. Niedaleko znajdują się zabytki, a kilka kroków od wejścia sklep spożywczy. - Mieszkanie to przytulne 2 pokoje + kuchnia z łóżkiem + łazienka. Zmieści do 6 osób. W kuchni znajduje się sprzęt do gotowania i przyprawy. - Miłym akcentem były zimne wody i Prosecco. W tak upalne dni ucieszył nas ten asortyment.

  - Głośny klimatyzator w sypialni. Jest duży i zamontowany wewnątrz pokoju. Nam nie przeszkadzał, ale dla osób ze słabym snem może być problematyczny.

  Great apartment! Roberto and his assistant met us upon arrival to Rome. He was at all times in contact with me and willing to accommodate. The apartment itself is in perfect location, very close to Spanish Steps and touristic center. The apartment is clean, spacious, very stylistic, has a lot of lighting, AC, and great wifi. One thing to keep in mind is that the building has no elevator and the apartment is located on 4th floor (or 3rd floor with ground floor). I highly recommend staying here, and will keep this apartment in mind next time I am in Rome.
