    Great Location-Needs a Little More Attention to Details & Amenities

    We loved the apartment and its location. It's the perfect spot to relax and the area is absolutely wonderful! The street is quiet and just around the corner from great restaurants. The host was very helpful & quick to respond.

    We were disappointed by the little details that were missing since the unit is labeled as a "luxury apartment". The tile floors need a deep clean, not just a quick mopping. There were 4 samples of conditioner; but no shampoo. The pump in the liquid soap dispenser was broken. The age of the 2 bath towels in the bathroom that was supplied for a 3 nights were notably different: one towel was new, one towel was very old. There were only 2 very flat, worn out pillows on the bed of which we recommended disposal. We notified the host & were able to locate 2 additional bed pillows stored under the mattress along with towels. With a little more attention to the details & amenities, this apartment could easily be a truly luxury apartment.

    Fab apartment in the center of Rome

    Great location, right in the centre of the action however apartment is very quiet inside. On the ground floor. Great instructions from the host Irene. I will return on my next visit to Rome. 5 stars
