Casa muy bonita, con vistas estupendas pero muy mala atención al cliente a nuestros requerimientos.
La casa es bonita y amplia y bien amueblada. Muy bonitas vistas y la zona muy tranquila, para relajarse. Cerca de la estación, en coche, para visitar Cinqueterre en tren.
La limpieza al llegar podría mejorar (especialmente la cocina y el menaje) El menaje escaso y mala calidad, faltan utensilios básicos en la cocina como unas tijeras, cuchillos de cocina que corten, espumadera para freír...) Lo peor es que lo solicitamos varias veces y no hicieron ni caso. Está lejos del centro por lo que cocinar sería una buena opción si estuviera provista de lo necesario para ello. Es necesario coche para llegar allí e ir a cualquier lugar.

View from apartment is amazing and covered some minuses
Bathroom would be good to refresh, it's pretty old. Also would be good to refresh painting on the wall, in room was some dead mosquito on the wall. Also an airco in kitchen it's necessary, this would help to cool apartment faster. Also I was surprised to have a talk with owner of apartment, this is unexpected when you rent apartment from company. This woman give me a bit of headache because of parking, I thought that it's obvious that when 6 people rent apartment, it's mean that will be 2 car's, but woman was not happy seeing 2 cars and make a lot of unnecessary noise because there was enough place for all cars

Point de chute idéal à La Spezia pour découvrir les Cinq Terres
Très bel endroit au calme. Appartement très agréable. Un peu éloigné de la ville, la voiture est indispensable.
Les formalités administratives sont contraignantes et compliquées. Il serait agréable d’avoir quelqu’un sur place pour la remise des clefs. Il a fallu aller les chercher à l’agence.

Beautiful view in a modern flat
Beautiful view with comfortable 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom configuration
Bathrooms needs a deep clean and refreshing of rugs. The showers were very small and the soap dispensers were not filled. The response from the owner was that the dispensers weren’t used any longer, which was odd. It would be best to have a car if staying here, as the flat is up a steep hill and requires a cab or bus without a car. We surprisingly had no issues calling cabs to come pick us up however
