התארחנו ב-Piccolo Etna Golf Resort, ומבחינת היופי של המקום, מדובר במלון פשוט מרהיב ויוצא דופן! המלון נמצא בסביבה מדהימה, מוקף בכרמים, מדשאות גולף ונוף יפהפה. הבריכה החיצונית מהממת, והמלון כולו ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הכול נקי, מטופח ומעוצב בטוב טעם. החדרים יפים ומרווחים, ואפילו קיבלנו שדרוג לחדר גדול יותר ללא תוספת תשלום, למרות שהזמנו דרך Booking. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ונעימה, ויש שפע של חניה במקום. אבל יש נקודה אחת שמאוד אכזבה אותנו ופגעה בחוויה. הזמנו את המלון דרך Booking, וגילינו שההזמנה שלנו לא כוללת כניסה לספא, אפילו לא לבריכה המקורה שבמתחם הספא. הגענו ביום קריר יחסית, כך שהבריכה החיצונית לא ממש הייתה רלוונטית עבורנו.
מה שהפריע לי במיוחד הוא ששילמנו מחיר דומה מאוד למחיר של הזמנה ישירה במלון, ובכל זאת נדרשנו לשלם סכום גבוה מאוד נוסף כדי להיכנס לספא. במלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון ספא, ציפיתי שלפחות השימוש בבריכת הספא יהיה כלול במחיר, או שההבדלים בין סוגי ההזמנות יהיו ברורים והגיוניים יותר. זה באמת חבל, כי מדובר במלון יפהפה וברמה גבוהה, עם פוטנציאל לחוויית אירוח מושלמת. נהנינו מהמקום, אבל נושא הספא השאיר תחושת אכזבה מיותרת ופגע בציון שהייתי נותן למלון.
