  Fabuleux

  Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet appartement spacieux, propre, bien agencé avec balcon et surtout idéalement situé au cœur de Bari. Nous avons apprécié les resto et commerces sur place et la proximité du centre historique et du bord de mer. De plus, nous avons pu visiter les Pouilles sans voiture car gare et arrêt bus pour excursions à 10mn à pied. Merci à Monica pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement.

  Tökéletes választás

  kiváló elhelyezkedés, gördülékenyen kommunikáció a szállásadóval (viberen mindig elérhető), megfelelő tájékoztatást kaptunk, nagy terek, 4 személy számára is megfelelő, jól felszerelt konyha és fürdőszoba (elektromos sütő, főzőlap, edények, Lavazza kapszulás kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikró, mosógép, nagy hajszárító, piperecikkek, mosószer, stb.), sétáló utca feletti hangulatos erkély, csendes lépcsőház, van lift (2. emeleten található a szállás), ajándék kávé, sör, víz, és ropogtatni való bekészítve

  takarító személyzet lehetne alaposabb, elhelyezkedésből adódóan (éttermek, sétáló utca az épület előtt) az esti órákban meglehetősen nagy a nyüzsgés, ami beszűrődik (főként hétvégén)

  Pesima estadia (No volveria jamas)

  El apartamento era agradable y bien ubicado

  En primer lugar nos querían cobrar un late check in y eso no estaba aclarado en las condiciones adiciónales ( el check in era de 15 a 00:00h). Cuando abrimos el refrigerador estaba sucio y lo peor de todo es que la cama estaba rota y tardaron 3 días en repararla. La mitad de nuestras vacaciones no pudimos dormir y me la pase haciendo reclamos a la Sra Monica que ni siquiera tuvo la deferencia de permitirnos hacer un late check out para compensar la desastrosa situación que pasamos con nuestras vacaciones ( no tener un descanso digno) Mientras arreglaban la cama tuvimos que dormir en el sofá del living que tenia 1,30 de ancho y un colchón muy finito. Me resulta de muy mal gusto recibir un departamento sucio cuando a mi me cobran la limpieza y antes de entregar un departamento deberían realizar una revisión de que todas las instalaciones estén en correctas condiciones .Adjunto fotos para que se verifique lo expuesto.

  Good location, but very noisy and not so clean

  Location is great, close to the main station of Bari, as well as within walking distance of the city centre. Facilities like the washing machine are a very nice bonus, especially when travelling in the summer.

  Very noisy at night, as young people meet up right in front of the building and block the street, so it's a combination of very loud talking and a lot of honking from passing cars. Also, the apartment wasn't very clean. The couch smells of cat urine, we weren't provided dish soap and there are some very crooked bookshelves that drove me crazy on the wall.
