    War alles super

    Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns als Familie, besonders auch die Kinder, sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war sauber, der Service ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter waren größtenteils sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Ramadan Gad, der unser Zimmer gereinigt hat. Er war sehr freundlich, hat seine Arbeit immer sehr gründlich und sauber erledigt und war jederzeit bereit, uns zu helfen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service! Auch das Essen war sauber und insgesamt gut. Allerdings war das Fleisch leider öfter nur medium gegart. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit einer Ausnahme: Karim Rafik war leider unfreundlich im Umgang mit Gästen und zeigte sich nicht hilfsbereit, als ich Unterstützung benötigte. Das war der einzige größere Kritikpunkt während unseres Aufenthalts. Abgesehen davon war alles sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Kinder waren glücklich und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei allen freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben!

    Over rated not worth the price

    Aqua park

    Unprofessional reception staff, bellow average food, and infrequent shuttle bus. I asked to change the room to ground floor, Kareem ( receptionist) claimed non available and there were plenty vacant rooms, then his colleague ( Mohammad) came a long to offer a night show to make it up for us to find out it’s a complimentary show for all guests.. I felt I was dealing with con-artists.
