    Das Essen war immer das gleiche, schlechte Auswahl zudem und es wurde nicht nachgelegt bzw gefüllt. GLATTE NOTE 5 DAFÜR!

    It would have been good, were it not for the reception team.

    The facilities ,the food ,the aqua park were satisfying. The house keeping ,life guards ,chefs all were very professional.

    The reception was catastrophic as if they want us to leave without checking in. First while booking i contacted the reservation manager and he tried to avert me from continuing the reservation and paying by misleading me about the way of paying and he asked me to cancel my reservation for the best. Second thing when i arrived with my family while i was already paid my stay through booking app the head manger of the front disk forced me to pay extra fees (825 USD) or the reservation will be cancelled as a kind of blackmailling and also he advised me with his "sincere advice" to cancel for the best (again) ignoring my 9 hours travel with my family and the fatigue we felt after this long trip. lastly every one i dealed with in the front disk was extremely disappointing and unprofessional otherwise every one else in the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
