  Tento pobyt předčil naše očekávání a určitě se sem rádi vrátime.

  Vše bylo naprosto perfektní, velký výběr jídel, tzv.Sweet house, kde bylo neskutečné množství sladkostí, bazény, moře, fitko, tobogány, výlet lodí na šnorchlováním, kde tak průzračné moře jsem ještě neviděla, vodní sporty, ochotný personál, všude čisto, večer různé programy a show, vybere si prostě každý. A to vše na jednom místě, dostupnost z letiště cca 20 minut.

  Nemám co vytknout.

  We had a great stay lots of activities to do the food tasted great with a lot of varieties the beach was beautiful sandy and very big I loved the boat instead of a shuttle bus the bicycles were so much fun I want to thank Mr Mohamed from the reception he made our stay special and accommodated us to a great room and Mr waleed from the German restaurant he was very welcoming and helpful all the other staff were friendly kind and very helpful everything was clean fun a very enjoyable experience

  A lovely family holiday with friendly and helpful staff

  We stayed at Pickalbatros Dana Resort as a family from 21–27 October 2026 and had a great time. The children loved the pools, kids’ club and ice cream. The staff made us feel welcome and helped make our holiday special. A big thank you to Mr. Malak at reception. He was friendly and polite, and our check in only took a few minutes. He also came with us to our room to explain everything and make sure we had what we needed. Thank you to Mr. Beshoy at reception as well. We asked him for help several times, and he always responded quickly and kindly. We would also like to thank Mr. Allam from the IT team. He listened carefully when we explained the problem with the internet speed and fixed it very quickly. He was very nice, patient and helpful. Mr. Abdo from the restaurant took very good care of us and gave us great service. Thank you also to Hazem from housekeeping in Building 2000. Whenever we asked him for anything, he brought it within minutes, always with a smile. Islam at the Castello pool bar was another lovely member of the team. He always welcomed us with a smile and kept checking if we wanted anything to drink or needed any help. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud, the reception manager. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we understood everything and told us to come to him if we needed any help. One of our family members had a birthday during our stay, and Mr. Mohamed helped us make it a really special day. He arranged a reservation at the restaurant above Castello sorry, I cannot remember its name with a special table, food and a birthday cake. The staff also came over to celebrate with us. It was a lovely surprise, and we were all very happy. Mr. Mohamed kept checking on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He listened to everything we said and always tried to help. We also noticed how friendly he was with the other guests, greeting everyone and making time for them. Thank you, Mr.

  One thing to keep in mind is that we noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes around the resort, especially near the green areas. Bring mosquito repellent and something light to cover your arms and legs, especially in the evening, so you can enjoy your time more comfortably.

  Great place

  Great for family with many activities for kids , friendly staff and special thanks to Bishoy for his extra care for the guests

  For snorkeling you have to walk fir a while
