The most fun hotel ever! The waterslides were amazing and the funfair was so much fun. All the rooms have a pool nearby. There are so many different buffet restaurants to choose from and it's great that you can sit outside and help yourself across many different restaurants in one evening, very family friendly. The food is great too. Despite the size it was really easy to get around. Would 100% recommend to families.
There are some areas that are a little run down or haphazardly touched up but as it is open all year round it must be hard for them to keep everything perfect without closing things down. It is all really clean so it didn't matter to us.

Highly recommend and we will return!
The park is honestly breathtaking. So vast. And so many entertainment stages. And a funfair. Is hard to do it all in 1 week! There is food everywhere, so many restaurants and cafes, you don't know where to start! Perfect for adults of refined taste and fussy children. My 7 month old ate well as did a (mostly) vegan. Again: the pools, parks and slides etc. I can no begin to tell you how this is the biggest and best I've ever seen. There simply is no comparison point. Its like a whole city. We also spend a day at their beech with was blooming lovely. Clean, easy to get sunloungers (like everywhere) good food and drink options . . There is so much we have not explored and will one day. Even with the full days we had. The staff were so kind to our baby and us, making her laugh etc. This is the first place my wife said 'we are coming back!' to. And I look forward to it!
OK this is a mad story: at midnight we realised our toilet was leaking. Hardly ideal. We phoned reception and they were so fast to come and fix. They even gave us a free meal in a a la carte resturant (one that would normally cost). And tickets to the neverland show. So they really made up for the trouble. (Note: I think booking.com should include a ticket anyway......other providers include a show ticket.....anyway....that's a booking.com issue, not the hotel.....the hotel gave us one) Sometimes the shower was a little colder then expected. Possibly when loads of people used the shower. But this was not too much of an issue for us.
