La propreté de la chambre, la disponibilité du personnel qui répondait à nos demandes, la nourriture excellente.
Comme partout, les transats réservés dès le petit matin par des touristes qui arrivaient finalement à 11h00.

Bene ma non benissimo.
Tutto perfetto, pulizia, posizione, servizio, intrattenimento, cibo buono ma non molto vario a pranzo e sui dolci.. poi per il resto non posso dire veramente nulla sotto questo aspetto.
Purtroppo però è successo un episodio, sarò stata sfortunata, ma non posso non renderlo pubblico perchè potrebbe capitare a chiunque. Purtroppo una notte sono stata male, con vomito e quant'altro, nella notte ho chiamato chiedendo se fosse possibile avere un termometro per misurare solamente la febbre in quanto non stavo bene e mi viene risposto che ha un costo extra (quindi portatevi un termometro da casa).. A questa risposta ho chiesto subito supporto alla mia assicurazione, perchè avevo necessità anche di farmi controllare dal medico in quanto dalle 2 di non miglioravo.. e se non avessi avuto l'assicurazione o i soldi per pagare il medico della clinica ti lasciavano morire senza problemi, secondo me, infatti prima di procedere con trasfusioni ecc. ho aspettato un'ora sul lettino, perchè dovevano avere la conferma del pagamento dall'assicurazione, nonostante il medico fosse stato avvertito alle 5 di mattina della mia visita alla clinica e avessi tutte l'email come prova.. Non so se tutto questo sia normale, ma io vi metto a conoscenza. Se non fosse stato per quest'episodio, il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, però come si dice, è nelle situazioni spiacevoli che si capisce anche com'è organizzata una struttura, e sotto l'aspetto sanitario non mi è piaciuto per niente.
