    Entspannend, sehr wohl gefühlt

    Mohammed von der Rezeption und Mohi von der sreinigung waren extrem hilfsbereit. Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Haben Upgrade erhalten.

    Kanalisationsgeruch in der Toilette, jeweils morgens am stärksten.

    Un villaggio top

    Come struttura merita non 10 ma 11 organizzata anche se enorme super pulita con 5 ristoranti dove ogni sera propongono piatti ottimi per tutti i tipi di ospiti ottimi persino i dolci e standard di pulizia alti cosa non scontata in Egitto personale gentilissimo un applauso a Mohamed a.semiee della reception che con la sua disponibilità ci mandava messaggi su WhatsApp con i vari programmi degli eventi del giorno e se avevamo difficoltà ci aiutava a risolvere tutte le nostre esigenze merita 20 come punteggio non 10 grazie di cuore !! Erano attenti anche alla sicurezza c’erano bagnini anche sulle piscine piccole vista dalle camere Villaggio dotato di tutto oltre all acqua park per tutti dai grandi ai piccini hanno aggiunto un luna park con tante giostre con i biglietti gratuiti il mio bimbo si è divertito tantissimo Che dire super top grazie per i bellissimi giorni che ci ha fatto trascorrere

    Purtroppo nota dolente è la barriera corallina non accettabile dal pontile quasi sempre per via del vento È molto deturpata saccheggiata con pochi pesciolini Purtroppo la colpa non è della struttura ma dell uomo come sempre distrugge Il punto mare è le baie sono belle acqua cristallina e baia di sabbia in gran parte mare bello ma se andate in Egitto per vedere la barriera corallina rigogliosa e piena di vita qui non è il punto giusto anche se a detta di altre persone era ricca di pesci in quanto vi sono state più volte in questa struttura Ma forse noi non siamo stati fortunati nel periodo scelto chissà Comunque sia il resort merita tutte le stelle che ha e anche di più

    Everything was brilliant. Every staff member was excellent, from cleaning to transport, and they were incredibly attentive. Special thank you to Mohammad Sair at reception who was always checking we were ok and who was always anticipating our every need. Water park, VR centre, amusements, beautiful coral reef to swim next to, all right there in one place.
