An exceptional family holiday with outstanding customer service, immaculate facilities and staff who
We loved the exceptional customer service, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel was immaculate throughout, our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the attention to cleanliness and housekeeping was outstanding. The management genuinely valued our feedback and made thoughtful personal gestures, making us feel welcomed, appreciated and ensuring we had a fantastic family holiday.
Overall, we had very little to complain about, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. If anything, we would have appreciated a wider variety of spicy food options at the restaurants, as the usual selection was not always suited to our preferences. However, the Head Chef's thoughtful gesture of arranging a special meal for us more than made up for this.

Great value for your stay
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The extensive buffets, drinks, nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, various pools, and access to the beach, nice activities helped make this a great experience. All in all, thank you for all the good care. We were happy and if/when we return to Hurghada, we will stay at Pickalbatros.
Nothing worth mentioning. Maybe be a complimentary shuttle for a resort in this class and so close to the airport? But with Uber or Indrive it's only a few euros.
