    Relaxing and interesting with great weather!

    Very good location, convenient parking space, spacious flat, great view of the sea, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

    Nice apartment on Felixstowe sea front

    Nice apartment, the landlord responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The off-road parking was much appreciated.

    Shortest cycle on the washing machine was 6 hours and was very noisy. The single bedroom did not have a window, it had a door which opened directly onto the balcony. I did not want to leave the door open all night so the room was rather warm in July.

    Lovely location. Great view of the sea from bay window and balcony. Would stay again .

    Beds were extremely comfy and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped . Bathroom spotless .

    Tv was very small and confusing with no guide or instructions . Curtains in main bedroom were too difficult to open and close . Small bedroom curtains were too long and very thin. Car parking was very tight.

    location was good. Local information was not very detailed

    Bedroom curtains did not pull across. They hadnt been adjusted since our visit in July 2025
