    Great location and all amenities including parking.

    Great location, great view, all amenities in a compact studio, parking too. Would definitely recommend for a couple. Lots of stairs to the flat so need strong knees!

    Really great place so only these are small things, could have had better bed linen ie fitted sheet, bigger towels, a 2nd bedside table and a stronger power shower.

    Great location, clean and functional!

    This is a clean and functional apartment on the top floor. We will probably stay there again. The car parking spot was a bonus. A great view of the beach!

    It would be really nice if it had a washing machine. You will need to carry your luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs.

    Spectacular views

    The view from the apartment of the Boscombe Pier and of the coast is exceptional. The apartment had everything that we needed for a short stay, and Stephen was very proactive with information about how to check in, where to park etc. There are some beautiful walks in the area, either along the beachfront, the cliff tops, or through the chines.

    While I can appreciate the safety aspect, due to the extremely warm weather in the UK at the present time, it would have been great if we could have been able to open the windows more than a couple of inches. The fan did help though :-)
