    Le séjour bien ( sauf problème de réception des clés)

    La réception des clés Personne pour nous les donner.on a attendu 1 h 30 dehors dans la rue avec le froid . Personne à la réception.au téléphone personne nous a répondu C est un client qui arriver récupérer ses clés et qui connaissait le code et on a pu récupéré nos clés heureusement sinon on rester dehors

    Tres mauvais

    La saleté. Récupérer les clés a été un parcours du combattant, il n'y avait personne a la réception, on a attendu presque deux heures pour les clés apres avoir essayé les n° de téléphone affichés ou personne ne répondait heureusement on a eu une personne lambda qui s'est occupé de téléphoner pour nous et au bout de trois quart d 'heure il a réussi a avoir quelqu'un qui a encore mis une demi heure a comprendre qu'il devait nous donner le n° de code pour la boîte au lettre des clés , on ne reviendra jamais chez Pierre et Vacances, on avait jamais vu un bordel pareil ,tout était sale ,les couloirs, les ascenseurs, la chambre n'avait même pas été balayée Une vrai porcherie .

    L'appartement est bien équipés...

    Aucune personne à l'accueil pour la remise des clefs à notre arrivée...(pourtant arrivée 17h comme prévu sur les horaires d'ouverture de la réception affiché sur le site...) 1h30 d'attente devant avec d'autres personnes dans la même situation que nous...aucun numéro ne fonctionnait...aucune information concernant la remise des clefs pour l'accès au logement...une personne de la maintenance de l'immeuble qui ne travaillé pas qui et sortait de son sport à pu enfin nous venir en aide...la personne de l'accueil était sois disant malade donc pas présente, aucune information à ce niveau la non plus.... on attend dehors comme des cons ! 1ère et dernière fois que je réserve avec Pierre et vacances au pas de la case....😡😡😡😡
