    Персонал! Администрация!!ужасный персонал на ресепшн, не компетентный, врут в глаза, на просьбу позвать менеджера или администратора, ответ был коротк.. его нет и не будет!!! Но главное не знаю менеджер был он или она , прятался за стеной ресепшн.. не рекомендую! Ужасные 2 дня хотя бронировали на 4 дня , оставили и вышли. Большая просьба к администрации!!!Научите своих сотрудников , вежливому общению

    We booked last minute for the final 2 nights of our 2 week stay in Italy. Very basic for a “resort” and definitely not worth the money we paid. The single pool was chilly (first week of September), the loungers nice and in good shape, but there wasn’t really a whole going on. The one hot tub wasn’t working well and the other was a standard backyard hot tub with a set of metal steps to climb into it. The gym is outside under a tent. There is a very small, manmade beach at the far end of the property and steps to walk into the ocean off the rocks which is nice. The best thing about our stay was the huge buffet breakfast!

    Nothing within walking distance so a car is definitely necessary

    Snídaně byly dostačující, ale stále stejné, sladké pečivo nebylo moc kvalitní, "prefabrikované" muffiny apod., dobré byly palačinky, jinak ostatní pečivo dobré, dostatek ovoce

    Okolí hotelu se nám nelíbilo, nebylo kam se jít projít, personál na recepci nebyl příliš ochotný. Také nám vadilo, že hotelový autobus nejezdil večer mezi 19-23 hod., kdy bychom ho nejvíce využili. V baru měli 1 druh vína a to se jedná o vinařskou oblast.
