Big residential apartment
Big space of room. Even though it’s a 3-floor building, it has modern elevator. The host is very helpful on restaurant recommendation. Luggage can be stored at entrance room.

La posizione e la gentilezza del proprietario
Questa e' una struttura datata che ha bisogno di rinnovazione perché la posizione e la gentilezza del proprietario non sono sufficienti a sopperire a le mamcanze che sono palesi anche agll'occhi di un ospite che non ha molte aspettative. Ovviamente il prezzo pagato per la camera è un fattore ma non può essere una scusa. Infatti la proprietà che ho visitato a Porto Recanati ad esempio in precedenza durante questo viaggio nelle Marche all'esatto stesso prezzo ha ricevuto da me una recensione differente.
