Labai patiko vieta. Šalia yra visos reikalingos transporto priemonės netgi naktinis autobusas kuris važiuoja tiesiai į Termini. Butas labai jaukus, yra viskas ko gali prireikti, netgi kavos. Yra visi virtuvės įrankiai ir dušo reikmenys. Lova didelė ir patogi. Rajone aplinkuj yra keletas gatvių kur galima pavalgyti, išgerti kavos ir apsipirkti.
Švarai rašau 9 iš 10, bet tai yra žmogiška. Sienos gan plonos todėl retkarčiais gali girdėti kaimynus. Pačiam patariu iš mandagumo neleisti muzikos per garsiai, kadangi vargšai kaimynai turės šokti kartu su jumis.

Bell'appartamento con proprietario per bene
Appartamento ben gestito, pulito e ben fornito, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile a lasciare anche i bagagli prima. Mario persona squisita e per bene. C'è stato un disguido e abbiamo risolto subito. Zona ben collegata con metro e bus.
Palazzo un po' vecchio, quarto piano senza ascensore e i treni che passavano la notte vicino alla finestra.

I wouldnt come back But it was okay
The owner is very Nice and helpful. It is close to the metro stop and the Restaurants around are Nice and traditional. Heating was nice as Rome gets wery cold at night.
To be honest it seemed like it was not cleaned at all after the guests before us. There were hair all over the bed as well as crumbs and the bathroom and the kitchen were not cleaned well at all. There was dust almost everywhere.I am not a clean freak but this was seriously not good.

living in roman environment in the perpetual city of Roma
Comfortable small apartment. Within an italian style flats building (8 apartments) with 4 levels. Well equipped in all aspects. Fast internet after being fixed by the owner. well connected to Rome city center by several bus line next to the apartment, by metro at 5min walking and by Giardinetta a small train to Termini. 15min to Termini. Shops for food and lot of princely convenient restaurants in parallel street nearby. Excellent for young people. Good noise protection.

Small well appointed apartment in trendy up-and-coming area.
Centrally located apartment close to several different public transport options. Good dining options very close by. Well appointed apartment for extended stay. With air conditioning. 🙂👌
Train lines are close and a bit noisy, Area is a little rough with poor public cleanness. Pretty normal for Rome though.
