    The location is right on Ganga river, beautiful view of Mother Ganga right from the room. Very professional & helpful staff across departments - reception, welcome, restaurants. The food, especially at the Panasia, was superb!

    The entrance road is a problem. Can be a challenge for big cars to enter, especially during the time the bazaar is busy

    Overall the stay was excellent

    Location and excellent Service.

    A little more can be done on Cleanliness. Rooms did not have an Ironing Board and press which I think is a basic requirement for all good hotels.
