Enttäuschend!
Das Appartement war sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Beschreibung der Inneneinrichtung des Appartements entsprach dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und engagiert, um für unsere Beschwerde über den Lärm, eine Lösung zu finden.
Wichtige Informationen haben bei der Beschreibung des Appartements gefällt: das Zimmer verfügt lediglich über ein schmales Fenster, welches sich zu einem winzig kleinen und äußerst verunreinigten Innenhof spaltenbreit öffnen lässt. Der Kot der im Innenhof nistenden Vögel lädt ebenfalls nicht ein, frische Luft reinzulassen. Im Appartement fällt es an Tageslicht. Vom Hof aus drang, Tag und Nacht, ein mechanischer Lärm ein. Trotz engagierter Bemühungen unserer Kontaktperson vor Ort, dem lästigen Lärm auf die Spur zu kommen, hörte der Lärm nicht auf. Alle Bemühungen, auch die der dazugeschalteten Hausbesitzerin, blieben erfolglos. Dies sehen wir als einen Grund, der das Appartement für einen Erholungsaufenthalt disqualifiziert. Schließlich sahen wir keine andere Lösung, als in ein anderes Appartement umzuziehen.
