    Location is good.

The apartment is filthy, the towel and bedsheet has dirty stain, water pipe in the master room toilet is leaking, sofa is sinking badly to the point of cannot use, TV is master room is broken. Housekeeper said can change unit but customer service ignored me and only response days later.
