  Excellent break in a really good location for exploring the surrounding area and Rob Roy's grave.

  The milk, eggs and jam that was in the property for our arrival was a really nice touch. The property had everything you would need. The lights outside give the place a nice look as it starts getting dark. The bed was very comfortable and we cooked both nights. There was everything in the kitchen I needed.

  The property was fine and we had no issues at all We did try and sit out for a wee while in the nice garden to listen to the birds, but we forgot to bring our smidge with us.

  Great location, cabin was warm and cosy, beds were comfortable. Full kitchen, driveway and great garden area. Looksnlike something from a children's story book. Loved the photos showing the cabin as it was originally.

  Prima huisje voor 2 nachten verblijf

  Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien Welkomstpakket met verse melk, eieren en confituren. Slim gebruik van de eettafel voor het opbergen van de stoelen. Kacheltje aanwezig met hout en een beschrijving. Comfortabele inrichting. Schoon. Wandelpaden vanuit het huisje bereikbaar. Pub aan de overkant. Ondanks dat ik de host niet persoonlijk gesproken heb voelde we ons echt welkom.

  Er was alleen een bad, douche niet te gebruiken. Het goede nieuws is dat de badkamer eind 2026 gerenoveerd wordt! Verder een tip aan de host voor de slaapkamer met dubbel bed: of een bed zonder achterkant, of de deur naar de slaapkamer zo maken dat hij naar buiten open kan draaien. Nu past het bed niet in het midden en is het lastig uit bed stappen als je tegen de muur ligt. Dubbele bed wel fijn.

  My son and I enjoyed our stay with our small dog. One negative was local inn did not serve meals.

  Peace and tranquility open grounds around property. The owner left fresh milk, eggs and complimentary preserves which were very much appreciated, a lovely touch.

  would have liked a shower and some form of heating in bathroom. Basic fridge with no freezer compartment.
