    Definitely high on our list as a favourite hotel relaxing stay overall with staff excellent attentive and polite.

    5 star in every aspect

    Some aspects of maintenance in the apartment were obvious but staff reacted quickly to remedy!

    Estancia agradable, pero muy mejorable en situación

    Como siempre, la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todos los empleados del resort, nos hacen estar como en casa. nos gustó también las mejoras realizadas en el mismo, con nuevos establecimientos como el nuevo restaurante XXL.

    Después de cerca de quince años disfrutando del resort, esta estancia ha sido la peor de todas, por cuanto nos situaron en el edificio más lejano del complejo (S13), cerca del campo de fútbol, con una distancia considerable hacia el resto del resort, y dónde te encontrabas un poco aislado, y, en especial, porque desde que llegamos el viernes 09/10/2026 hasta nuestra salida en 12/10/2026, unos operarios estaban instalando una carpa gigante para un próximo evento en el campo de fútbol, que estaba a escasos metros de nuestro apartamento, y el ruido de las grúas y máquinas (que no de los trabajadores, que eran muy correctos y silenciosos) era insoportable desde las primeras horas del día hasta media tarde, lo que no nos ha permitido descansar. Ha sido un lunar en nuestra estancia en el resort, que no ha permitido que disfrutáramos plenamente en el mismo. Por lo demás todo bien, como siempre.
