    Very helpful staff but accessibility from the main road is a n issue

    The staff was very polite and helpful. They are very co-operative and try to resolve all the queries. Very well maintained and clean rooms The view from the balcony was magnificent.

    The access to the road is quite difficult. Getting a cab is also time consuming. Cab drivers don't accept for such destinations very readily.Therefore u dont want to go out for food or other activities multiple times a day. There are NO food options nearby Nd So u have to remain confined to the hotel. The room could be provided with a spacious wardrobe, and a mini fridge.

    Super séjour ! Personnel au top !

    Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Kandy. Le personnel est très sympa et vraiment aux petits soins pour répondre à nos questions et organiser notre séjour ! C’était vraiment top !
