    Very nice and comfortable house otherwise, the complimentary drink on site was a pleasant surprise!

    The door lock is old and does not turn properly to unlock when the correct door code is entered. This gave the perception that the code was incorrect and could give rise to a panic situation that the wrong code was given. We arrived quite late on the day and desperately need to enter the house to avoid the cold and wet condition. The number provided to call for assistance has no one taking the call and we could only leave a message for urgent assistance. No one came or call back but luckily one of our freinds continue to persist working on the door to try to open it, and it did to everyone's relief and joy!
