The house is beautiful, clean and conveniently located.
Paying a cleaning fee of 225.00 when we are expected to strip beds etc seems high. Still be willing to rent again.

Beautiful vacation home at Pine Point Beach
This is a fantastic property! The home has been impeccably updated and the host has thought of just about everything to make this the perfect vacation rental. The proximity to the beach and everything else can't be beat. It's such a warm and welcoming place to come back to at the end of the day!

Beautiful property, but serious issues with heating/cooling and unexpected charges
I was really excited about staying at this property because it’s absolutely beautiful, and the host was very responsive during the booking process and leading up to our stay. The home itself is gorgeous with spacious rooms and great potential for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by some significant issues.
First, the heating and cooling system did not work properly during our visit. Each room has its own thermostat, but despite following the instructions to set everything to "cooling," we found that the upstairs rooms were unbearably hot at night. One room even reported 90°F in the middle of the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. What made matters worse was the post-stay charges. The property claimed we caused damages to the walls, including cracks that appear to be structural. These cracks nearly go up to the ceiling, and yet, the property insisted that they must have been caused by our suitcases. I’ve attached their photos, but the owner did not specify where the damage occurred, and all the pictures were zoomed in to the point that it was impossible to tell the exact location. These appear to be structural issues and general wear/tear, not caused by any belongings we brought. I ended up being charged $150 for this damage, which added a lot of unnecessary frustration to our experience. In hindsight, I will always take a full video inventory of the property upon arrival to avoid being blindsided by unfounded charges like this. Given the combination of the uncomfortable temperature issues and the surprise charges, I would caution anyone considering this property. While it has a lot of potential, it ended up not being worth the frustration.

Beachside Bliss gets 10 🌟
The home was so beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It is close to the beach, and the host provided so many wonderful amenities it is hard to list my favorite. The host checked in with us and was attentive to our needs. She wanted to assure our stay was comfortable. She addressed a minor problem with a door immediately. I would stay at this home again. Anyone who rents it will not be disappointed.
There was nothing I did not like about this home.
