    Прекрасне місце розташування! В помешканні чисто, охайно, м'які матраци, облаштована кухня.

    Трохи заважали ранкові трамваї, паркувальне місце дещо тіснувате.

    Modernes Wohnen im Zentrum mit top Vermieterservice

    Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B. der Zwinger, Semperoper, Frauenkirche, gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Straßenbahn, Parkplatz inklusive, beste Erreichbarkeit des Vermieterteams.

    Leider erheblicher Lärm durch Verkehrsteilnehmende und Straßenbahnen bis in die Nacht hinein und am frühen Morgen bei geöffnetem Fenster.
