    Incredible disappointed with cad 330 two nights stay which is not a small amount

    It’s been the worst experience for my vacation accommodation,I dissatisfied with the property as well as your platform’s customer service too.

    Your platform stated that the motel is 27 square meters and has a dining area,however, it was extremely small without dining area. Also,the room was stinky and there was quite a few short hairs in the bathtub. The refrigerator is very small lack of freezer area which I didn’t expect I even can’t store my 1L ice cream bought from D Dutchmen. I didn’t expect there’s no exhaust fan in the washroom too. There’s even lack of air ventilation in the room that the only way to get air was to open the window but we didn’t open it due to security issue，so we felt very uncomfortable and hot during the stay.
