    Exceptional 1st time in Chiang Mai🙏

    Pingviman Hotel was fabulous, no complaints at all. From the rooms, staff, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for exceptional value. Will definitely be back 😃👌

    Very nice

    Good location in the old city. Beautiful decor Good breakfast

    The central pool area can be noisy at night. There were a lot of mosquitoes

    EXCEPTIONAL

    Exceptional, impressive, luxurious. The salt water pool is amazing. The free breakfast is fantastic, lots of options. The bed is comfortable & firm. Location is walkable.

    Good, but has seen better days

    Nice staff, cozy hotel, nice interior. Pool was great.

    Booked a room with Whirpool which basically didn't work. Water pressure to fill it was very low and it took ages to fill the whirlpool to one third. Lost water when turned on, leked. Also smelled funny. Shower leaked a bit as well. All in all, it has seen better days, some furniture seems old and starts to fall apart (not a big issue). Breakfast was ok, but not great. Semi-loud humming noise every night, probably caused by the AC system. Generally badly soundproofed.
