  Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην τωρινή κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος. Ό,τι έχει χαλάσει στο διαμέρισμα δεν έχει επισκευαστεί. Υπάρχουν σπασμένα διακοσμητικά, σπασμένη καρέκλα, φθορές στους τοίχους και στα πλακάκια του πατώματος, η πόρτα της κατάψυξης είναι σπασμένη και η πόρτα της εισόδου δεν εφάπτεται, οπότε κάνει θόρυβο κάθε φορά που ανοίγει ή κλείνει οποιαδήποτε πόρτα στην πολυκατοικία. Επιπλέον, είναι βρόμικο! Καθαρίσαμε το μπάνιο μόνοι μας και πλύναμε τα λιγδιασμενα κουζινικα για να μπορέσουμε να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε! Τα τζάμια στα παράθυρα είναι βρόμικα και τα φωτιστικά έχουν στρώσεις σκόνης πάνω τους. Οταν κάθεσαι στον καναπέ αιωρείται η σκόνη. Η μπαλκονοπορτα του υπνοδωματίου δεν ανοίγει τελείως γιατί στο μπαλκόνι υπάρχουν μπάζα! Επίσης, πρέπει να ξέρετε ότι ο οικοδεσπότης υπολογίζει μόνο πετσέτα μπάνιου για τον κάθε επισκέπτη και δεν δίνει πετσέτα προσώπου! Τέλος, το wifi δεν λειτουργούσε, εκτός από την πρώτη μέρα.

  The apartment was clean, the location was excellent, and the price was reasonable. We were aware that there were many stairs, as this was clearly mentioned in the listing. However, we were only informed on the day of our arrival that the building was undergoing facade renovations. We were assured that the work would not disturb our stay, but we were woken by loud drilling on several mornings, including Saturday. There was also renovation work inside the building on Sunday. In addition, we could not keep the curtains open because construction workers were working directly outside the windows and balcony, which significantly reduced our privacy. The bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable and very noisy, moving and creaking with even small movements. The air conditioning in that room was also not working. Although we were told it had been scheduled for repair, the room became quite warm during our stay. Overall, the apartment's cleanliness and excellent location were its biggest strengths. However, had we known about the renovations and the other issues in advance, we would have reconsidered making this booking.
