    Would defo recommend!

    Location was great, house was super clean, and Lee couldn't have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend, thank you for having us.

    The mattress was a little firm, but that's mostly a personal preference thing.

    Excellent location. Quiet side street between a busy street with restaurants supermarkets and a good vibe. Beach and pier at the other end of street just a couple of minutes. Royal pavillion and the lanes 5 min walk. Train station easy 20 min walk Room exactly as per photos. Shower in room. Felt a bit odd but all good. Very clean and very comfortable. Stayed two nights. Great nights sleep. Curtain did not stay meeting in middle. Minor detail but easily rectified. I very much appreciated the host allowing me to check in early as my room was ready. Definitely recommend
