Wonderful property and handy for railway station.
A simply beautiful period home. Comfortable, warm (it was a rather chilly day when we stayed) and inviting. Super handy for walk to Hatton Railway Station.
As much as there is a [wonderful] shared kitchen available for use downstairs, I would prefer tea/coffee facilities in the room.

It was a beautiful place, very stunning and the host was very sweet even though she couldn't help us with a late check out.
The hot water wasn't working and it needed rectifying until 7pm of the day of check in. Also, in the middle of the night the alarm went off, waking us all up after we had had a late night of celebrations!

Stunning setting, wonderful stay
Beautiful property in a gorgeous location - rural yet surprisingly convenient for Warwick, Stratford and motorway access. Stunning manor house, large, clean, quiet and comfortable en-suite bedrooms with use of kitchen, dining room, drawing room and snug shared with only one other bedroom. If you're lucky enough to be the sole guests as we were, the whole house is yours! Abbie was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We'll definitely be returning!
