A great place to stay to be close to all the Romantic Zone has to offer.
Great location, amazing views from room and rooftop pool. Incredible staff.
The water from the shower in my bathroom never got more than lukewarm. The lighting in the bathroom is somewhat dim.

Great locations. Spacious rooms. Service at the pool bar is amazing - shout out to Speedy, Valentin and Nathaniel. Also big shout out to Jovita for keeping my room so clean and stocked. They all made for a better stay!

Perfect by Pinnacle, 5 Stars!
Second stay at Pinnacle Resorts, Chic in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the level of teamwork among the staff was obvious. Everyone worked together seamlessly to make sure guests were taken care of and enjoying their stay. Ariana and her team at check in were fabulous. The customer service is truly top-notch. Every request was handled quickly and with a genuine helpful smile, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. Martina with housekeeping was great, her or one of her teammates did a great job with light cleaning when needed though letting us rest and relax when we wanted. The unit had a wide panoramic view of the bay, well stocked with everything you would need, at an awesome value. What really made the experience special was how friendly and approachable everyone was. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or staff around the property, every interaction felt warm and personal. If you’re looking for a place in Puerto Vallarta ZR where the service is exceptional and the team genuinely cares about your experience. Pinnacle Resorts is it, great central location, with calm neighborhood vibe. We can’t wait to come back soon.
