    Beautiful location that makes up for the other issues at the hotel. Good for a short stay.

    The location is stunning. Beautiful and serene although the road to reach the hotel is bumpy and not very well lit at night. The wellness centre was fabulous. However we did have an issue where the hydromassage tub was not switched on during the second day of our visit. When we asked, the lady said she wanted to clean it and wouldn’t be switching it on until the evening. As full access to the spa is what we paid for it was unacceptable in my opinion. The cleaning should have been done before the spa opened. It surely can’t take the whole day to clean a hot tub. The gym was great though as well as the sauna. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and we had it to ourselves on the second day.

    Flies in the room. Lots of flies especially in the bathroom and housekeeping not addressing it. Housekeeping was extremely poor despite the hotel not being very busy. Rooms were barely cleaned and in one room the beds were left unmade. Basic toiletries not supplied. No kettle/ tea cups/ teas/coffee etc not in room. However, when we asked they did make an effort to locate and provide some items for us. I would say housekeeping staff need more professional training as this is what is stopping the hotel being properly 4/5 star even. Swimming pool quite cold despite being ‘heated’. One other thing is that you can’t open windows/balcony doors as grasshoppers will enter your room straight away.

    Beautiful location and accommodation. Was a relaxing stay in the mountains

    The WiFi was terrible which meant that I was unable to work
