    Très bien placé avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

    Le cadre, l'emplacement, la piscine et la propreté. L'accessibilité facile, parking aisé à proximité.

    L'isolation acoustique, c'est mal isolé et on entend bien le voisinage ! Les chaises en bois raclées sur le sol font beaucoup de bruit. Les voisins qui font durer les soirées sous les fenêtres de la chambre à coucher...
