Location and great scenery from the back patio.
As good as the bathrooms are. There is no shelves or cupboards to place clothes or ones toiletries onto. The only place to place anything is in the sink, on top of heated towel rails or the floor. Wouldn't cost much for some shelves.

Cosy place that feels like home.
Lovely place and has all amenities. Car can be parked just outside the house. Convenient location to town Center.
No view of lake Wanaka.
