We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with the cutest view from the windows. It had pretty much all the facilities we needed for our short stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The highlight of it all was the helpful staff, who responded quickly and were always friendly.
The only challenges were the door mechanism, which was a bit confusing (I suppose due to its old age), and the fact that the apartment is on the third floor of an old building without an elevator. I should mention that the stairs are a bit narrow, which could be an issue for some guests.

Veľmi pekné ubytovanie vo Florencii, odporúčam aj na pár nedostatkov
Ubytovanie je blízko centra mesta. Všade je blízko. Výhoda je parkovanie v cene v garáži blízko ubytovania. Apartmán bol čistý a veľmi pekne zariadený. Kúpelne boli veľmi čisté.
Apartmán sa nachádza na 3 poschodí cca 86 schodov bez výťahu. Určite by som pouvažovala nad výmenou vchodových dverí, veľmi ťažko sa otvárali - potrebujete veľa trpezlivosti na otvorenie. V jednej kúpeľne nefungovala správne sprchová hlavica - pretekala. Pred príchodom si pozrite správu na whatsapp - kde sa musíte dopredu zaregistrovať, Poslať Vaše doklady, vypísať 3x formulár, a k tomu ešte poslať aj Váše selfe. Bolo to veľmi zdĺhavé, a na telefonát cez agentúru sme museli dlhšie čakať, kým nám zdvihli telefón. Jedálensky stôl je nešťastne umiestnený pri vchodových dverách, a chýbal konferenčný stolík v obývačke. Chýbali nám v chodbe vešiaky na zavesenie búnd. Oproti v budove je škola, tak rána boli hlučnejšie.
