  I enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back to Piornais by Homie again

  Travelling to Madeira and staying in this place was one of the best trips of my life. The staff was always in touch, very polite and really willing to help make the rest as comfortable as possible. Our flight to Funchal was in the late evening, also delayed for 3 hours, that is, we landed in Funchal around 2 a.m., but the staff asked to let us know when we would be indoors to make sure that we got inside. Upon arrival, the small surprise was waiting for us, and it was pleasant. It felt like we were waiting and appreciated here. The apartment had everything we needed. The location is unique. There are shops, pizzerias, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. I fell in love with this view from the balcony, and started every day in Funchal with a cup of coffee, enjoying the view of the ocean. I plan to come to Funchal next year and stay here again. I recommend it. Thanks to the team for taking care of the guests and wanting to make our vacation the most comfortable.

  The Apartment doest not corresponds to price !

  The main advantege of that apartment is amazing view from terrace. That is view to ocean. Also positive aspect: kitchen very good equiped by crockery, plates and dishers, pans, saucepans, pots.... Communication with support team is good.

  Noise from the street, especialy durind night time. Near apartment four lines road which goes up. Very hard mattresses; syntetic hard and like a spring pillows; old worn sheets and towels; Handles of all doors creak; sliding shutters also very noisy Frying pans with scratches; Heating water boiler is old and not effective. That gas boiler does not have a receiver. It heats flowing water in pipe. Temperature of hot water constantly changes, not possible to install what you want.... in a couple seconds can be hot water , very hot, again hot or warm .... when you having a shower that is not comfortable and during manualy dish wash - also! Planning of apartment is old-fashioned : kitchen is separate room and not convenient all time go from kitchen throught living room to terrace during apreparation brekfast, or lunch and all time neseccary keep close kitchen door because - a strong draught... Furniture in all rooms are old-fashioned also and with scratches and worn
