    Poor cleanliness, inconvenient payment

    Nice location, good price, easy access to transportation

    The host wants the payment by cash, but doesn’t want to meet the guests. He told us to leave the money in the apartment when we leave; why not facilitate card payment directly in Booking then?Also, when we got there we got the key from the mailbox using a code. My point is, if you don’t want to meet the guests, at least automate the process a little bit, so it is easier for the guests, not just convenient to you only. Also, the apartment was not clean and not as equipped as in the pictures. A chair was missing, the cutlery was few and very dirty, it looked like someone had eaten with it and left it dirty like this in the drawer. The towels did not look like they were properly sanitized and also smelled like cigarettes. The hand soap bottle in the bathroom was empty.
