    Overall, thank you Sarah and Al. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Piper's Place.

    Get location for our multi-day visit to Hamilton, MO. and surrounding attractions. Nice to have our own place, with everything we needed.

    Was a bit difficult to find in the dark. The door keypad didn't work for me very often the first time, each attempt, I plugged the code in. Didn't know, until the final email that I could just push the bottom button to lock the door. My experience was trial and error. I may have gotten a more informative email at some point prior to my trip, but I didn't find that one again and had to call at arrival time to get the code. I had an email that told me a PIN number, but that wa not the door code.

    A great place to stay in Hamilton.

    The location was close to town with great freeway access. The house was comfortable and clean and everything worked.

    I didn't rate the staff because this was a house not a hotel, so I never saw the staff. The place was wonderful, it was well kept, had everything you might need (we had brought munchies and food for breakfasts, but didn't bring sugar for our tea. There was a small bag of sugar in the cabinets) IF we travel again to Hamilton Missouri we will definitely book here again.

    The house should probably have a smoke detector. I only noticed this because I smelled smoke (it came from something outside) and when I walked around inside trying to determine where it was I looked to see if there was one.

    We arrived on Monday evening and left on Friday morning. We had a wonderful day. The place was clean. The beds were comf

    The house was located very close to town, which is what we wanted. The house was beautiful. It was very clean with the exception of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower

    The floor was so messed up. I don’t know if it was sagging or warped or both, but it was very uneven. I felt like I was drunk when I was walking on it. My sister was unable to walk without her walker and the bedroom door would not even close because the floor was so warped. It was not in any certain room. It was the entire house.
