El apartamento está muy bien, grande y confortable. Está a un paso del centro gracias al funicular gratuito cercano a la vivienda, que Luis nuestro anfitrión nos indicó en el momento de recoger las llaves.
La ducha, es muy pequeña.

La vitrocerámica, la situación, la nevera, la tv con internet, el tendedero
El sofá, la cama, estaba sucio en general: cajones cocina, cajones baño, la ducha… Tercero sin ascensor, lavadora con moho.

Apartamento muy equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Atención muy buena por parte del dueño.
Difícil aparcar en la zona. Paredes muy finas y ruidos de los vecinos por la noche. Sin ascensor.
