L'appartement a été bien rénové, coquet, il est bien équipé. L'immeuble est très calme, assez rare en Espagne. Bonne communication avec notre hôte.
Un point problématique, il n'y a pas de volet ni de store occultant au fenêtre dans les chambres. Le soleil rentre dès les premières heures du matin, lumière et chaleur au mois d'août dans la chambre, la clim est limitée au salon.

Grazioso, completo di tutto, ottima posizione per raggiungere i siti da visitare (anche con la metro), staff molto presente e gentilissimo.

Very good place
Location is very close to centre and communication with owner was great. We were contacted several days before arrival. Owner respinds promptly and efficiently.
Check-in after 10 pm is charged 50 euros. A bit exaggerated price for this.
