El pis està molt ben ubicat. Molt net. L'habitació de matrimoni i el bany són espaiosos. Equipat amb rentadora i assecadora.
És una planta baixa i s'escolta molt el soroll del carrer. Vam avisar que érem 6 persones, les que vam estar al sofà llit vam estar bastant incòmodes. El menjador és força petit i no vam menjar a casa perquè era massa apretat per 6. Teníem tasses i càpsules de cafè per 5 persones.

La ubicación es fenomenal el piso súper lindo y cómodo, tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, nos recibieron con un par de cápsulas para el café ☕️ éramos 5 y habían creo que 10 cápsulas para 2 noches, quedamos encantados! Da gusto quedarse en sitios así 🙏🏻 Gracias

Close to centre, good size and comfortable flat in Lavapies
The flat is of good size, kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished. Rooms are good size with comfortable beds and enough blankets. Aircon works perfectly. Easy to find with the guidance provided. The doors work with normal keys and also with the phone, easy to get in and out. Hot water and kitchen appliances all working. It is 10min away from the metro, and 2min away from El Rastro Marker (on sundays).
The flat is on a ground floor and you can hear all the noise from the street at night time, including cars, people, dogs barking, etc. If you are of light sleep, I wouldnt recommend staying because you can hear clear conversations, engineers of cars, bins being moved and so on; in our case we sleep well with noise and we didnt care.
