    Excellent, I would book this apartment again.

    A very modern and well decorated apartment. Very clean with excellent items in the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of clean towels and bedding. Nice layout and use of space. The sofa bed was very comfortable for my friend.

    Corridor and stairways in need of repair and re-decoration.

    We enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect just wish I was at the bottom of the hill. And the key safe would be

    It had everything we needed.

    The location was fine, it was the hills to get to the property that we didn’t like. Also the location of the key-safe, if I wasn’t there, there was no way my mum would have been able to find it.

    La ubicación es excelente, se puede ir andando a cualquier lado

    -Cuando hemos necesitado atención, (por falta de información previa) la comunicación con el gestor personal que nos asignaron fué nula, le escribimos varios WhatsApp y llamadas (tal como nos indicaron en las instrucciones que nos mandaron el primer día) y aún así no nos ha contestado en ningún momento. Tuvimos que llamar a otros números (que si nos atendieron), aunque salvo el teléfono de emergencias, los otros números no hablaban muy bien español haciendo difícil la comunicación. No obstante apreciamos que éstos últimos, a pesar del idioma, intentasen ayudarnos. -El olor de las tuberías en el baño era bastante desagradable. -La cama incomoda parece que está a punto de romperse y suena muchísimo. -El sofá cama era bastante incómodo. -Cuando llegamos estaban las toallas tendidas y húmedas para el uso.
