    All good - location close to the beach. Perfect for runners start at the promenade and circle around crossing 2 bridges. Kitchen equipment is good - all what you need and more. Nice glassed balcony, beach view from the 5th floor. Parking on the street is better than the garage which is super narrow even for the small cars.
