Einfache grosse Wohnung 3 min. vom
Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Terrasse ist sehr schön.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Es gibt keine Nachtischlampen und das Geschirr ist aus Kunststoff. Auf der Terrasse standen 2 kaputte Fahrräder und mehrere kaputte Stühle. Die ganze Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem die Fenster.

Appartamento scomodo e poco pulito. Tutta la notte rumore del treno e del negozio di fronte.

Ottima posizione ma…
Posizione centrale comoda alla spiaggia. Appartamento utilizzabile se si hanno poche pretese e si cerca solo un appoggio per dormire.
Appartamento con un grande potenziale decisamente inespresso. Struttura nel complesso fatiscente. Bellissimo terrazzo difficilmente fruibile a causa di sedie marce e tavolo in plastica fatiscente. Difficilmente utilizzabile anche la cucina avendo servizi di piatti, posate e pentole vecchi e rovinati. Presente il microonde; peccato che la sua posizione non lo renda utilizzabile poiché il filo non arriva alla presa. Mancava l’asciugacapelli. Dopo averlo fatto presente ci è stato detto che ce lo avrebbero portato; peccato che non sia mai arrivato in 4 giorni di soggiorno.

Wunderbare grosse Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern in Strandnähe
Sehr grosse und hervorragend angelegte Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und einer riesigen Terrasse. Die Dusche (Wasserdruck, heisses Wasser à discretion) und die Waschmaschine funktionieren hervorragend. Die Lage ist ein Traum - in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum fantastischen Strand, mitten im romantischen Dorfkern von Bonassola, genau gegenüber liegt der Dorfladen, in dem man auf engstem Raum eine erstaunliche Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und Alltagsbedarf (Waschmittel, Hygieneprodukte, Haushaltswaren) findet. Die katholische Kirche und Parkplätze sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Betreuung war hervorragend - Schlüsselabgabe und Wohnungsübergabe waren total flexibel und unbürokratisch. Wir schlossen versehentlich die Türe ohne den Schlüssel mitzunehmen - der Gastgeber war in kürzester Zeit per Fahrrad da und löste professionell unser Problem.
Im Bad entwickelt sich (wie leider häufig in Italien) vor allem nachts ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Es hat aber eine Lüftung, die wir dann über Nacht laufen liessen.
