Has a good parking garage. Fully equipped apartment. Very close to the beach front. Decent internet.

Windows were all broken and wouldnt close. Bathroom ceiling tiles were open. Stove was filthy. We still had dirty towels in the bathroom and had to request new ones. The concierge gave me one and laughed saying they didnt have more. Had to ask him to call management for him to bring me another one. AC control panel is in the most nonsensical location possible (bathroom entrance CEILING???). Mattresses are terrible.
